Old Fashioned
sugar cube
4-6 dashes of Angostura Bitters
3-5 dashes of Orange Bitters
Muddle sugar and bitters at the bottom of a rocks glass. Add Freeland Bourbon and some ice. Stir—preferably with a long bar spoon, although a regular spoon will work just fine—for roughly 25-30 rotations, or until the cocktail is chilled and diluted. Pour over a bourbon cube in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
