Cherry Blossom Liqueur

This limited release Cherry Blossom liqueur is a delightfully floral and citrusy spirit, created with hand-harvested flowers from the Pacific Northwest, including blooms from the stunning Portland Japanese Garden, right here in our hometown. It is light, with a delicate floral flavor and is perfect as a creative cocktail ingredient and plays nicely in a classic gin Martini.

• Taste Floral, with citrus and cinnamon undertones, and balanced by a hint of sweetness

The Strolling Pond Recipe This cocktail is named after the famous pond and garden in the Portland Japanese Garden. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and stir for 30 seconds. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh or dried flower petals. Cherry blossoms, of course, are best!

• .5 oz St. Germain liqueur
• .5 dry vermouth
• 4 dashes cherry bark vanilla bitters
