1 oz lavender simple syrup

optional: add 5 drops PDX Bitters Project Lavender bitters

Add ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a Nic & Nora glass, serve up. Garnish with fresh lavender or lime twist.
