Delivery FAQs
1. What if my delivery is a gift?
We are delighted to help you gift our bottles and cocktail kits. If you plan to have a gift delivered to someone in the Portland area, please be sure to put their name and address in the "Delivery Instructions" field. You may also want to notify the person that they will need to be home between 5-8 pm on the day of delivery to receive the gift. It's perfectly fine to keep what they're receiving a surprise, but the recipient does need to be home and verifiably over 21 to receive spirits.
2. Do I need to pay the $10 shipping and handling fee for every item in my cart?
Nope! The $10 shipping and handling fee covers your entire order, and is charged per address that we deliver to. This allows us to pay our drivers for their time, and ensure prompt delivery within our 5-8 pm window.
3. Do you only deliver between 5 and 8 pm?
Yep! This allows us to get as many orders as we can out daily, and keeps our delivery times consistent. If you cannot be home between 5 and 8 pm on the date of your delivery we are happy to reschedule your delivery for a later date, please email info@freelandspirits.com and reference your order number. If you are planning to order in bulk, we can arrange a specialized delivery time - just shoot us an email at info@freelandspirits.com.
4. How do I know when my order will be delivered?
We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 3 pm. Orders placed before 3 pm on any given date will be delivered the same day between 5 and 8 pm. If you place your delivery order after 3 pm on any given date, the order will be delivered the following day between 5 and 8 pm.
