2 oz Freeland Gin

1 oz grapefruit juice

.75 oz lemon juice

.75 oz simple syrup

5-7 sage leaves

2 oz Fever Tree Elderflower tonic

Shake all ingredients excluding tonic, double strain (if you can) into glass of choice, top with tonic and ice, garnish with sage leaves. Exhale. Enjoy.
