Rye Sazerac

Ingredients:
.25 oz Absinthe 
3-4 dashes Peychaud's bitters 
1 bar spoon simple syrup 
Directions:
Stir ingredients for 8-10 seconds. Strain over a large rock in a rocks glass. *optional: garnish with a spritz absinthe or a lemon twist
