Blackberry Bramble
1.5 oz Freeland Gin
.75 oz creme de mure (blackberry liqueur)
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves
5 blackberries
Muddle mint leaves and blackberries in shaker tin. Add other ingredients. Shake and strain into Mason jar, add ice (crushed ice preferred) top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint leaves and/or blackberries
