1.5 oz Dry Gin
.75 oz lemongrass simple syrup
.75 oz celery juice
.75 oz cucumber juice
.5 oz lemon juice
Add ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass. Top with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice or celery stick!
