Martini

Ingredients:

2.5 oz Freeland Dry Gin

.5 oz dry vermouth

citrus peel or olives

Directions:

Add .5 oz dry vermouth over ice in a martini glass and set aside.

Add Dry Gin into a separate mixing or pint glass.

Add ice to mixing glass and stir with a bar spoon for 35-40 seconds.

Dump ice & vermouth out of martini glass.

Strain Dry Gin from your mixing glass into martini glass.

Garnish with a citrus peel or olives!
