1.5 oz Dry Gin
.75 oz sweet vermouth
.75 oz Campari
optional: add bitters - grapefruit or Angostura are our favorites!
Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 35-40 seconds for optimal dilution. Strain into a rocks or coupe glass. Serve over a large cube or up. Garnish with a lemon or grapefruit twist.
