Apricot Sour
2 oz Freeland Bourbon
1 oz apricot juice or apricot jam
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup (infuse with rosemary or mint for added flavor!)
Add ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass, top with ice. Garnish with dried apricot or fresh herb (rosemary, thyme, or mint!)
