Bottled at Cask Strength, this high-proof Bourbon allows the spice from the high rye in our mash bill to truly shine and blends a touch of the Pacific Northwest terroir with a final rest in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels.

Mashbill: 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley
Barrel: Charred American Oak
Finished for an additional 6 months in Elk Cove Pinot Noir Barrels
