This mixer was crafted to pair beautifully with our annual release, a Cherry Blossom Liqueur, made from local blossoms from the Portland Japanese Garden.

The Bloomtown Gimlet is a perfect spring cocktail that blends the flavors of our flagship Gin and the Cherry Blossom Liqueur. This cocktail will surely help you step into the sunshine and enjoy the blossoms all around! 

Bloomtown Gimlet

1 oz Freeland Gin
1 oz Freeland Cherry Blossom Liqueur
2 oz Bloomtown Gimlet Mixer

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into glass of your choice and top with ice. OR combine ingredients in glass of your choice with ice, and stir for a few seconds. It really is that easy. Cheers!
