At Freeland Spirits, we believe in honoring and uplifting women who break barriers, make waves, and redefine the rules. As part of our commitment to celebrating Women’s History Month this March, we’ve partnered with the VOICEINSPORT Foundation to shine a spotlight on the incredible women athletes making history today.

VOICEINSPORT is a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gaps for girls and women in sports, through advocacy, research, and empowering education. Together, we’re committed to increasing access, visibility, and investment for women in sports, and we’re thrilled to play our part in helping these athletes receive the recognition they deserve.

Women athletes face unique challenges in their pursuit of greatness. From unequal opportunities to lack of representation, these barriers often hold back women from achieving their full potential. Here’s How We’re Celebrating

Game Changer Gimlet Kit: Cocktail with a Cause

To honor this partnership, we’re launching the Game Changer Gimlet Kit, available online nationwide and in-person at our Portland and Bend tasting rooms, and PDX Airport kiosk. This limited-edition cocktail kit includes Freeland Spirits Gin and our Garden Gimlet mixer; perfect for raising a glass in celebration of women athletes everywhere.

And for every kit sold, $5 will be donated to VOICEINSPORT Foundation to help support their mission of empowering women in sports. It’s more than just a drink; it’s a toast to change.

Cocktail Competitions

We’re also taking this celebration to the next level with local athletes going head-to-head in cocktail competitions at our tasting rooms. In Portland (March 15) and Bend (March 29), local athletes will compete to create their own signature cocktails, with the winning drink earning a spot on our limited-time menu. This is a chance to cheer on some incredible women as they mix up something special!

Nationwide Sports Bar Partnerships

We’re thrilled to be partnering with women’s sports bars across the country to bring Freeland Spirits cocktails to the women who’ve helped shape the sports world.
