We’ve sourced all the best quality ingredients for the crafting of a bar-quality Old Fashioned at home. With local PDX Bitters Project Orange Bitters and the classic Angostura Aromatic Bitters alongside Freeland Spirits Bourbon and Portland Syrups' simple syrup, you’ll be able to dive into this classic cocktail no matter your bartending experience.

 

Freeland Old Fashioned

2 oz Freeland Bourbon

4-6 dashes Orange Bitters

4-6 dashes Angostura Bitters

2 bar spoons simple syrup

Pour into mixing glass with ice and stir for 35-40 seconds, strain into glass over ice (preferably over a large cube) and garnish with an orange twist and/or a cherry.
