Spiced Pear Fizz: pear juice, lemon juice, thyme simple syrup, cardamom bitters, vanilla 

Spiced Pear Fizz

2 oz Freeland Gin
2 oz Spiced Pear Fizz mixer
top with 2 oz sparkling water

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into glass of your choice and top with ice. OR combine ingredients in glass of your choice with ice, and stir for a few seconds. It really is that easy. Cheers!
