One of our favorite cocktails featuring our newest release, the Old Tom Gin! This barrel aged gin plays nicely in both whiskey & gin cocktails, making it an easy swap in our favorite classic cocktails! 

Old Tom Fashioned

2 oz Freeland Old Tom Gin
.5 oz simple syrup
5-7 dashes orange bitters
4-5 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a big orange peel and/or a cherry!
