This Cask Strength Bourbon is a tribute to "Meemaw" Freeland, the beloved namesake of Freeland Spirits, who inspired founder Jill Kuehler that women can do and be any damn thing they want. Bottled at 112 proof, this cask strength bourbon allows the spice from the high rye in our mash bill to truly shine and blends a touch of the Pacific Northwest terroir with a final rest in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels.

- Mashbill 70% Corn. 20% Rye. 10% Malted Barley.
- Barrel Charred American Oak. Finished for an additional 6 months in Elk Cove Pinot Noir Barrels

Amber Jones This Cask Strength bourbon came with the hand printed ABV. It was deliciously rich and complex. This is my new favorite bourbon to drink neat. Room temp brings out all the flavors as they pass over the tongue. The rich caramel finish is my favorite…only women could create this level of complexity~
