WHAT IS SHE FLIES CLUB?

A quarterly curated subscription box featuring Freeland Spirits, premium mixers, recipes, and goods from local and women-owned brands we love; all inspired by our motto “She Flies With Her Own Wings.”

What’s In The Box

Each box includes one 750ml bottle of our newest limited edition, a Club Reserve, or another special release from Freeland Spirits. Some boxes also include an additional bottle from our core lineup or another recent release.

You’ll also receive thoughtfully curated ingredients to help you craft a unique cocktail or get creative with your own recipes. We love highlighting women-owned and Portland-local brands, so most of the items reflect makers and businesses we admire.

Boxes may also include cocktail mixers, exclusive merch, and other fun surprises.

How Does it Work

It's free to sign up, and you have the option to select delivery or pick up. Once you place your order, you’ll see a charge for $0. This order holds your place on the membership list. If the latest release is still in stock, we'll process a second order immediately for $150. Pick-up is free. There's an additional charge for delivery. If we're out of stock, you'll receive your first order when we announce the next release (in 1-3 months).

Will I receive the same products each quarter?

No. Boxes feature seasonal selections and may include rotating Freeland products. If you love a box, you can always order a second time. 

What size is the bottle?

Each box will include at least one 750ml bottle. 

Can I customize my box?

No, each box is curated by our team around a theme or special release.

Where do you deliver?

Nationwide within the U.S. except for Utah. 

Can I pick up my box instead of having it delivered?

Yes — at the Freeland tasting room in Portland, OR. 

Is this a recurring subscription?

Yes. The She Flies Club is a recurring quarterly subscription that renews automatically. There’s no minimum commitment, and you can pause or cancel anytime through your member portal. Please note that changes must be made before the next billing cycle, as renewals are processed automatically.

When do boxes ship?

Quarterly, in the middle of the first month (January, April, July, October).  Existing members will receive an email reminder a week in advance.

How will I know my box has shipped?

You will be notified of billing & shipping by email the day your order is processed. 

What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

Please review our Refund policy. 

How much does a subscription cost?

$150 billed quarterly. It's free to pick up. There's an additional fee if we're delivering it to you. 

When will I be charged?

Billed quarterly at time of new release. 

Can I skip a release or pause my subscription?

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! At check out, address the order in their name. You can also include a gift note.  

Can I update my shipping address?

How do I receive club updates, member perks, and important information?

You must be subscribed to emails from Freeland Spirits to receive club updates, member perks, and important information. Emails will come from info@freelandspirits.com and club@freelandspirits.com, so please make sure these addresses are not filtered or marked as spam.

What are my ongoing member benefits?

As a She Flies member, you’ll enjoy a range of exclusive perks, including:

  • Early access to new releases: Be the first to shop limited editions and special product drops before they’re available to the public.
  • Quarterly pick-up parties: Join us at the tasting room to collect your box, meet fellow members, and enjoy a little something extra.
  • 15% off in-store retail (excluding spirits): Show your She Flies Club invoice at checkout at the Portland tasting room to redeem this offer once per quarter.

What is the quarterly pick-up party?

Our quarterly pick-up party is a casual, members-only gathering at the Freeland Spirits tasting room in Portland. It takes place the same day your club box becomes available, making it a fun and easy way for local members to pick up their box, connect with the community, and enjoy a little something extra.

Some parties may include appearances from our founder or head distiller, sneak peeks or samples of upcoming releases, and always feature a complimentary, members-only cocktail that’s not available on the regular menu.

What does the 15% discount apply to?

Your 15% member discount applies to Freeland Spirits merchandise and non-spirits items, including mixers and other retail goods. Due to Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission regulations, discounts cannot be applied to spirits.
