Create your own Forest Fling G&T by following along with this recipe:

2 oz Freeland Forest Gin 

.75 oz Portland Syrups' Grapefruit Tonic syrup

2-3 drops PDX Bitters Project Woodland bitters

Top with 3 oz of Fever Tree Elderflower tonic 

Instructions: 

Build ingredients in a glass of your choice. Top with ice and tonic water. Garnish with fresh grapefruit or herbs like rosemary, thyme, or sage.
