Freeland Spirits Gin is small batch crafted using a unique blend of traditional heat distillation along with vacuum distillation, which allows us to use fresh, Pacific Northwest ingredients. Fresh herbal essences of rosemary, mint and crisp cucumber lift the nose. Grapefruit and lemon peel brighten the brisk juniper and bold spice. Pink peppercorn, coriander and star anise mingle with 10 additional dried botanicals in the copper pot still.

We were recently introduced to Freeland Spirits Gin at the Bitter Bar in Napa, CA, which eschews mass-distributed brands and promotes artisanal products. Your "blue bottle" gin was crisp and cucumbery and made a perfect stirred martini embellished with a whisper of vermouth and good olives. We just had two bottles shipped to our home in the Santa Monica Mountains and look forward to recreating the perfect martini as the sun sets over the ridge.
there are good gins and then there are all the rest. This one is the top of the line along with the Forest Gin which I also have. I have made some delightfully delicious cocktails that satisfy without being overbearing. Thank you for such an enjoyable end of the day teat without any lingering aftereffects. <3
