Hands down the best gin I've ever had!! I want all my local stores to carry this. And it is delicious with the elderflower tonic.

Has a great flavor, works excellent in all my favorite gin cocktails, specifically a negroni. Has just the right amount of flavor, but not overpowering.

I bought the forest gin at the PSU farmers market when I was in town visiting my daughters in June. I’ve purchased premade cocktails from the farmers market stand before and enjoyed them as well but THIS gin is fabulous!! It’s so smooth and flavorful. I wish that you could ship me a couple of bottles! ;). Guess I’ll be planning a drive to PDX sometime soon, I’ll visit my daughters after I buy my gin!!
