ポートランドのフォレストパークは、私たちの蒸留所からわずか5ブロックのところにあり、全米最大級の都市森林保護区の一つです。フリーランドのブルーボトルジンはオレゴン州の最高の農地から収穫された食材を使用していますが、フォレストジンは、アンズタケ、ダグラスファーの穂先、サラルベリー、イラクサなど、私たちの裏庭の森で育つ素材を惜しみなく使用しています。これらはすべてロータリー式蒸留機で蒸留することで鮮度を保っています。そのため、フォレストジンは森への旅のような、あらゆる面で包み込まれるような感覚を与えてくれます。

I'm not a gin person. Nor am I a person who buys bottles of alcohol at the airport. But one taste of this at Portland's airport changed both those for me.
I love the clean scent and taste of this gin. It's not the "drink it or clean the floors with it?" heavy juniper that many gins have, but more "I'd like to invite you to my forest" kind of essence.
It pairs well with many things, but my favorite is a simple G&T where this gin can really shine.
This gin is just…chef’s kiss. The botanicals from forest park give it just the right flavor. I lurve it.
As someone who is not a fan of an overly botanical gin, this hits the spot perfectly. I much prefer the woodsy pine taste that people who don’t like gin complain about and this fits the bill. Well balanced and very smooth with just the right amounts of flavor.

Hands down the best gin I've ever had!! I want all my local stores to carry this. And it is delicious with the elderflower tonic.
