このカスクストレングス・バーボンは、フリーランド・スピリッツの愛称「ミーマウ」フリーランドへのオマージュです。創業者ジル・クーラーは、女性はどんなことでもできる、なりたい自分になれるとインスピレーションを受けました。115プルーフで瓶詰めされたこのカスクストレングス・バーボンは、マッシュビルに使用したハイライ麦のスパイスが真に際立ち、太平洋岸北西部のテロワールの風味をほんの少し加え、オレゴン・ピノ・ノワールの樽で仕上げています。
- アルコール度数57.5%
- マッシュビル70% トウモロコシ。20% ライ麦。10% 麦芽大麦。
- 樽でチャードしたアメリカンオーク。エルクコーヴのピノ・ノワール樽でさらに6ヶ月熟成。
- 豊かなバニラ、キャラメル、ダークココアの香り
- 味はバニラとキャラメルの風味が強く、上質なレザーとジューシーなチェリーの風味がかすかに感じられる。
- フィニッシュ：高アルコール度数によるパンチの効いた味わいがすぐに感じられ、その後ベルベットのように滑らかな余韻が続きます。

I’m very grateful I gave the cask strength a chance before I flew out of Portland one last time since that’s the only place that had it at the time. And I must say: Don’t underestimate women’s place in bourbon! This particular one is a bottle I’m sipping very sparingly.

Received our bottle of Freelnad Bourbon through a bourbon of the month. We have continued to try other bourbons from Freeland and have always been very please.
Bourbon has a pleasant smooth taste. Tried this about a year ago from another on-line bourbon seller and liked it very much. I found the Freeland Spirits website and ordered a couple more bottles to compliment my bourbon collection at my home bar.
