The classic Greyhound has long been celebrated for its simplicity. This Northwest interpretation keeps that easygoing spirit while adding a distinctly Oregon taste.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Freeland Amaro
- .75 oz Freeland Gin
- .75 oz grapefruit juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- top with soda water
Directions
Combine ingredients in shaker, shake, pour into a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with dried citrus or dried strawberry.
