Snazzerac
The Snazzerac is our take on the classic Sazerac, bringing Freeland Amaro into one of cocktail history's most enduring recipes. The result is a spirit-forward pour with a little more depth and an unmistakably Freeland character.
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Freeland Amaro
- 1.25 oz Freeland Rye
- 3 dashes Peychauds bitters
- Absinthe Spritz
Directions
Chill a rocks glass and set aside. Add all ingredients (except absinthe) to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30-40 seconds. Strain into chilled rocks glass (no ice). Express Lemon Peel over cocktail, discard peel. Spritz twice with absinthe.
