1 oz Freeland Pink Gin
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
raspberry sorbet
Directions
Combine Pink Gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake with ice. Pour into shallow coupe glass. Add one scoop of raspberry sorbet. Top with brut. Garnish with mint
